Temp workaround: The issue is that clicking the log in button is not automatically taking you to the site, however you are being logged in (as long as you are inputting the correct log in information). After clicking the log-in button, wait a few seconds and refresh your page. You will then be logged into the site.

Temp workaround: Your posts are actually posting however, you have to refresh your screen after you post them to see them. We will have this issue fixed within the next few days.
Embedded Videos not playing on other sites: Uploaded videos are not playing when embedded on sites outside of blackjunction.tv. – Fixed (09/23/20)
Issue logging in and out of site: Some users are getting a loading action when trying to log in and a white screen when trying to log out.
Temp workaround: You are being logged into the site, however, the page isn’t loading automatically as it should. If you try to log in and see the loading screen for a long period of time, refresh the page by using your browser’s refresh button. This will take you to the site. – Fixed (09/01/20)
Unable to upload images to “My Photos” area: Getting error the following error message when trying to upload images to the Photos area on your account – ” Please check your details.” Developers are aware of this issue and it should be fixed soon. – Fixed (06/11/20)
Unable to log into the site: The site is not automatically taking you to the homepage after you log in. After you input your username/email and password, the processing bar moves but you aren’t taken to the site’s homepage. The temporary workaround is as follows: Input your login info as normal. Wait at least 10 seconds so the site logs you in. If you arent taken to the site automatically, refresh your web browser screen. This will take you to the site. You will only be affected by this issue if you log out of the site and try to log back in. If you are already logged in you will not be affected by this issue. This issue started with our last update on 03/31/20. This issue is only affecting desktop and mobile web browser users, not app users. The developers should have it fixed shortly. – Fixed: (04/14/20)
Unable to post comments from Iphone: This issue started after a recent IOS update to version 13.x.x. We will be releasing an update shortly to correct this issue. – Fixed (03/31/20)
Black Junction IOS App: The current IOS app is no longer functional. You recently remove that version of the Black Junction IOS App from the App store. We are in the process of updating the app to meet Apple’s new requirements. We hope to have the updated and working app available in the App Store sometime very early 2022 – Still being worked on; Updated: (11/5/21)
Registering with Android App: This issue will be fixed with the new update we will be releasing this month (September 2019). A temporary work around is to register your account on the mobile site and then you will be able to log in as normal on the Android App. You can register on the mobile app by going to BlackJunction.com on your mobile phones web browser or register on the site from any computer. Videos/Images Missing on some accounts: This is being caused by a hard drive disk failure that occurred on our server. Most of the data has been restored, however we are still in the process of trying to repair disk sectors and possible restore the remaining data. Block System: Block system not working site wide. This is an issue that started with the most recent update. We are in the process of fixing this issue. – In Progress
Video Upload: Timeout error occurs when some videos are uploaded. Progress bar will stay at 1% and you may get a white screen after experiencing this error. This only seems to be affecting certain video files. If you get a white screen, you will need to restart your web browser to use the site again. – Fixed (08/05/19)
