Why does my imported video say “Video not available”

This message means there is an issue with the original video file on whatever server that file is on.

When you import a video to BlackJunction.tv from Youtube, Vimeo or Daileymotion, the video file remains on the other web site’s servers. The file is not copied to our servers. That file is owned and controlled by the company you uploaded it to.

The Import feature on Black Junction Tv works the same as embedding video on any other site. This means the video is streaming directly from the server it is located on. This also means, if your video is removed from that server or that server goes down for any reason the video will not play anywhere else because the original video file is no longer available.

When this happens you will get an error message or a blank video file.
